Job Description

Graduate Sales Executive Sports and Corporate Hospitality Events - Glasgow TeamSalary: £18,000 - £22,000 basic + monthly commission (Circa £30k+ OTE)Corinthian Sports, GlasgowWelcome to Corinthian Sports, we are a leading sports corporate hospitality and events hospitality provider. Corinthian are leading providers of Official Corporate Hospitality at Major Sporting events including Wimbledon, Six Nations, Cheltenham, Formula1, Royal Ascot and International Cricket to name a few.Good news, were recruiting!Role Purpose - New Business Development

  • Identify new sales opportunities (New Business) - capitalise on new accounts
  • Attend industry events in order to generate business leads.
  • Have individual responsibility for growing and protecting business and achieving growth in client accounts within remit.
  • Work with the Head of Sales to generate and close profitable sales for the company as part of Corinthians growth strategy
  • Generate high quality sales leads for the business
  • Cold call senior executives and C Level staff
  • Follow up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information
Client Relationships
  • Deliver outstanding service to our clients in line with Corinthians customer service standards
  • Work with the Head of Sales to create solutions using Corinthians broad range of event experiences and services, which add value for the client
  • Build relationships with key decision makers, which identify client requirements and challenges
  • Establish customer needs and sell products accordingly
Competencies
  • Strong questioning, listening, closing skills
  • Understanding of the Sales Cycle (Steps of the Sale)
  • Confident at objection handling and able to pushback on clients when necessary
  • Goal and achievement orientated
  • The passion and mindset to create win/win solutions

  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Display a sense of urgency to get the task completes
