Job Description

Looking to get into a sales career in the construction building products industry BMS Performance are partnering with Brickability who are offering entry level opportunities to graduates seeking a business development career, with start dates from Octoberonwards!

What do the company do The Brickability Group plc consists of over 30 companies, all of which are able to bring together specialist products and services to meet the needs of the building and construction market. They boast an extensive portfolio of products including facing bricks,blocks, rainscreen cladding systems, architectural masonry, paving, roof tiles and slates. The Group distributes, and in many cases installs superior quality and strategically important building materials from major UK and European manufacturing partners,providing product solutions to both private and commercial specifiers, contractors, developers and builders. Due to expansion they are currently looking to hire 8 x Sales Apprentices across the UK.What would my role beThis is a fantastic opportunity to gain an entry level route into their Group of companies. As a Sales Apprentice you will initially be office-based learning all aspects of the business, supporting the sales team and shadowing the external sales people.Between months 6-12 your role will gradually move more client facing as your product knowledge grows and you start to develop your sales technique. This role is underpinned by a specialist sales apprentice training program along with on-the-job developmentto provide the skills to grow into a successful sales professional. Sales is the lifeline of their business and being able to operate in a professional manner and achieve sales targets and expectations whilst selling the wide range of products offered acrossthe groupWhat is required for the role
