Job Description

RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a dynamic technology and transformation recruitment agency,specialising in data, digital, cloud, and security. We supply technology and change recruitment services to businesses looking for both contract and permanent professionals.Continuous year-on-year growth, expansion plans, and internal progression opportunities have enabled our company to be able to recruit another Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our office in Glasgow.Our Learning & Development team has a proven track record of tacking self-motivated, target-driven graduates and turning them into very successful Recruitment Consultants, who go on to build and manage their own teams and earn over £100k by their 3rd year.We require the following skills and experience from you:

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Max 40min commute to office location
  • Direct sales experience
  • Financial motivated and driven to succeed

    • As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
  • Become the number one recruiter within your specialist market
  • Manage the full end to the end recruitment process (full training provided)
  • Source candidates using job boards, referrals, hosting events, and much more
  • Attend and host specialist market events
  • Build and nurture specialist market communities
  • Be a brand ambassador for Empiric
  • Be a key part of our current and future growth plans
    • As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, we will offer you:
