  • Supporting the running of Control and Governance Forums, as well as delivery activities for adherence to BCBS 239, data governance and Operational Risk Management requirements
  • Assisting in monitoring that LRR are operating within its agreed Control and Tolerance Frameworks, reporting, explaining and escalating any potential breaches
  • Supporting and coordinating of governance forum materials being prepared, reviewed and circulated in advance of forums sitting
  • You will be attending and minute taking at LRR governance Forums, including the tracking and following-up of any actions
  • You will identify potential control and governance breaches escalating to more senior Liquidity Risk Reporting colleagues
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships across wider teams including Liquidity Management, Risk and BCBS239 teams globally to ensure control and governance adherence
  • What were looking for:
  • Working knowledge of Operational Risk Issue Management and BCBS239 compliance
  • Experience of supporting a senior governance forum ideally within a Regulatory Reporting function (ALCO, RROC, Data or Controls)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience of using ORAC, Outlook diary mgt, Webex, SharePoint, Confluence
  • Financial services experience, within retail and/or investment banking
  • Skills that will help you in the role:
  • Highly organised and structured deliverer
  • Ideally you will have data analytical skills including Business Objects, Qlikview and Qliksense
  • Experience of working in a Finance or Treasury function, with knowledge of Liquidity process, system, technologies and reporting
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, preparing and presenting regularly to VP/D level
