We promote the interests of British citizens, safeguard the UKs security, defend our values, reduce poverty and tackle global challenges with our internationalpartners.Description Responsibilities We all have a responsibility to embrace the changes of the FCDO as it transforms, building the culture we want to see and delivering our cultural statement in how we Lead and behave towards others; how we make decisions and how we get the job done is everyonesresponsibility.Providing leadership, ensuring pensions are paid accurately, timely, and the risks associated in delivering the pensions service are within FCDO risk appetite.Supporting senior engagement with our banking partner in the delivery of the FCDOs pension commitment and managing the contractual relationship.Working with the Financial Accounting team to fully support the annual review process with National Audit and the delivery of the FCDOs Annual Accounts.Overseeing the provision of quality responses to ministerial. parliamentary and pensioner correspondence in relation to Overseas Pensions.Providing guidance. support and development for staff you manage or within the team. checking and clearing work from others. and working with the senior leadership team to set the direction and priorities.ProfileWell assess you against these behaviours during the selection process:Managing a Quality ServiceChanging and ImprovingCommunicating and InfluencingJob Offer
