Job Description

HRC Recruitmentis working with a global brand name who are looking to grow its finance team due to an exciting period of change.What will the role involve

  • Overseeing the production of management accounts with relevant commentary
  • Working with a variety of partners across the business to ensure accurate and effective reporting
  • Production and review of the annual budget and reporting detailed monthly budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with external reporting requirements
  • Managing and keeping up to date necessary reporting policies
  • Working closely with external auditors and advisors
  • Ongoing process improvement, projects and ad hoc reporting
  • Managing and developing a team
What experience do you need
  • Must be a qualified accountant, ideally Big 4 or mid tier, with 1 - 3 years minimum PQE
  • Exposure to either auditing or working for multinational, complex businesses
  • Team management
  • An up to date knowledge of technical accounting standards
