Job Description

Here at Harvey Nash our client is looking to recruit a Finance Analyst TMO to join their team on a permanent basis.The role will be part of a large transformation programme managing the financials, budgeting & forecasting, value case modelling/tracking and business case preparation for performance excellence programme.Some responsibilities include:

  • Budgetary Planning & Projection: Aid Finance Partner TMO in; crafting quarterly predictions, annual strategic & detailed budgetary schemes, and delivering variance analysis along with related reports.
  • Project Cost Oversight: Assist Finance Partner TMO in; executing and upholding financial checks, presenting monthly reports comparing actuals with budgets/forecasts to VP Transformation, and collaborating with the Programme Administrator and other financialunits to ensure pertinent accruals/adjustment journals are recorded monthly for precise programme/WBS cost reporting.
  • Financial Simulation: Assist Finance Partner TMO in; constructing value case models for a clear understanding of proposals, monitoring change request impacts, and supporting businesses in preparing financials for business case proposals ready for senior-levelscrutiny.
  • Comprehensive Program Reporting: Aid Finance Partner TMO in; evaluating change impacts on the value case, formulating and reporting on KPIs, and tracing benefits organization-wide through HR and Finance systems and personnel.
Im looking to speak with candidates who have the following expierence and skills:
  • Demonstrable ability to model, analyse and interpret large volumes of financial data, identify anomalies, trends and drawing conclusions, including the identification of risks and opportunities. Good commercial awareness and business insights,
  • Good relationship management skills and stakeholder engagement with an ability to develop strong professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders and comfortable interfacing at all levels
  • Highly motivated with strong; organizational, problem solving and analytical skills, keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Able to work under pressure and at pace and to take initiative and responsibility for continuous improvement.
