Job Description

Pertemps are delighted to be sourcing for a new, exciting role for an expanding company who are growing rapidly and have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Analyst. This role is Fixed Term for 12 months which could possible be extended. Workinghours are MondayFriday, 37.5 hours.The company offers an excellent salary up to £30k plus an excellent benefits package.What you will get:

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage all property finance for our customers
  • Manage debt within KPIs including bad debt provisions and instruct legal action to recover with AR
  • Contribute to calls with AR and Portfolio Managers to understand current debt position and resolve issues
  • Assist with quarterly P&L Forecasts
  • Assist with Annual Budgets
  • Assist with 5-year forecasts
  • Set up P&L Models for accrued income, deferred income, and P&L variance analysis
  • Complete period end accrued and deferred income accruals for posting
  • Period reporting of financials
  • Manage collection and invoicing of turnover rent, including yearly reconciliation
Personal Specification
  • Degree educated; previous experience working in Finance
  • Excellent organiser, good numeracy, and literacy skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Strong IT skills including advanced Excel
  • Team Player
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Excellent organisation skills and good attention to detail
  • Work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Willing to travel
