Job Description

Do you have experience in sales ordering and invoicing Are you looking for a new challenging role with a fantastic team We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join a progressive growing organisation based in Glasgow.24 days annual leave plus 9 statutory holidays 6% Contributory Pension Scheme If you enjoy a busy and varied role this could be the right role for you!This role includes shipping and communicating with customers to organise spare parts and servicing activities, order processing and invoicing. The team are also responsible for providing support to the Sales Managers and coordinating Service Engineer activities.Key duties: -

  • Exporting for all Spares and New Equipment orders worldwide and providing all relevant documentation including customs
  • Order processing for all Spares, New Equipment and Service orders
  • Setting up billing plans and invoicing
  • Providing sales, service and exporting support to the aftersales and service team
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and providing customers with an accurate quotation
  • Scheduling Service Engineer work including, travel bookings, expenses and timesheets
  • Collating engineers time and expenses for billing to customer
