Field Biologist (Progression to Area Manager)Glasgow£27,000 - £30,000 + Progression to Area Manager + Van + PensionAre you a Field Biologist from a Pest Control background looking to progress into a Area Manager position where you will be managing and guiding a team of highly skilled Field Technicians whilst having full autonomy and control of the Glasgow areaOn offer is the opportunity to step into a Senior role for a market leading Pest Prevention specialist that is offering training, development and clear progression opportunities.The company have been established for over 20 years and have an excellent reputation in their industry. They supply preventative and reactive pest management solutions to large industrial and commercial institutions.This is a highly autonomous role where you will work in a local patch supplying proactive and preventative pest control solution to blue chip industrial and commercial clients. This company recognise your hard work by giving you the opportunity to earn extrathrough overtime and earning commission on winning new clients and selling additional services.This company is offering a clear line of progression to Area Manager where you will be overseeing the development and growth of the business within the area.This role would suit a Field Biologist from a Pest Control background looking or similar looking to progress as a Area Manager.
