Job Description

The core focus of this role is to provide both an efficient and proactive Import (70%) and Export (30%) service to all our customers, partners and related service providers, covering all aspects of both Import and Export operations with providing exceptional customer service.Client DetailsA leader in supply chain management and logistics solutionsDescription

  • Provide both an efficient and proactive Import (70%) and Export (30%) service to all our customers, partners and related service providers, covering all aspects of both Import and Export operations with providing exceptional customer service.
  • Dealing directly with and developing relationships with customers by telephone and emails
  • Proactively grow our business from existing customers and cross sell at all opportunities.
  • Handle Import and export bookings, including documentation to be issued
  • Ensure that the customer is invoiced accurately and within expected company time-frame.

  • Experience of working in an Ocean freight environment is essential, demonstrable experience within both Imports and Exports.
  • Strong proven planning & organisational skills.
  • Strong demonstrable customer service skills.
  • A collaborator and effective team player.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
