Job Description

Executive Assistant (Hybrid)Glasgow£28,000 - £32,000Would you like to work for a firm that values work-life balanceHow does optional yoga classes, generous pension and annual bonus soundIf you are a polished Executive Assistant, this could be the role for you…Search are hiring for an established Executive Assistant, with great communication and organisations skills to join a fun, bubbly office within a legal firm. This position lies within the Personal and Family sector, candidates applying must have compassionateand empathetic customer service skills. The successful individual will be responsible for extensive diary management, supporting the partner and team to complete all tasks efficiently, accurately and on time.Mon - Fri:

  • 09:00 - 17:00
  • 35 hours
Main duties include:
  • Prioritise and direct multiple projects and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Create and manage appointments, arranges meeting rooms, tracks responses and organises refreshments if required
  • Proactive e-mail management of personal and shared inboxes
  • Extensive travel and accommodation arrangements for lawyers organising all aspects of travel and anticipating necessary documentation required
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of current affairs in office
  • Liaise with clients and third parties via e-mail, phone or in person, ensuring that accurate messages are communicated and dealt with professionally and proactively
The ideal candidate:
  • Excellent communication skills and confident in dealing with people at all levels
  • Presents a professional image to clients and other external organisations at all times
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications
  • Accurate and competent in document production including formatting and presentation
This position will suit a candidate who enjoys working in a close knit, bubbly team for a firm who values them.
