Estates Manager£ CompetitiveNew LanarkBadenoch + Clark is working with our client, a charitable trust which owns, occupies and operates an extensive 18th century property portfolio, as they seek to appoint an Estates Manager.The breadth of operations of the organisation is truly unique, they include the visitor centre, retail outlets, ice cream manufacturing, woollen yarn spinning, a hotel, housing and hydro-electric power generation.The key focus of the Estates Manager is to support the Head of Estates with the proactive and responsive general maintenance programming focussed on the repair of buildings, woodland and gardens owned by organisation.Youll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and fault finding of all electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures across the site, ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with required standards and in compliance with current regulations.
