Job Description

Cobalt is looking for a standout Estate Manager to lead a prestigious mixed-use development. Made up of commercial offices, retail and leisure amenities, as well as modern industrial facilities, this is a vibrant community with an eclectic mix of customerson-site. As the most senior FM person on site, youll lead the wider team in stewarding the estate, providing a top-tier total FM service as part of an award-winning team.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the on-site team of in-house and external suppliers across hard, soft, and total FM service lines;
  • Working in conjunction with the placemaking team to ensure the safe and effective delivery of a variety of events throughout the year;
  • Ensuring full compliance with UK H&S legislation;
  • Promoting further opportunities for sustainability across the estate;
  • Managing the building plant, fabric, and public realm on a planned and reactive basis, including any CAPEX works from time to time;
  • Setting and managing service charge budgets;
  • Building lasting working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, chief amongst them your tenants.
Our client is looking for a Senior FM with experience of performing to high-standard within a client-facing role previously - ideally within a mixed-use estate or major commercial development previously.
