Our state-of-the-art offices have been designed to maximize collaboration. Team Profile:The HR is on a journey to transform the relevance and capacity of its HR Business Partners. Through a series of transformational projects, the department is looking to make its Business Partners more strategic partners of the businesses they support. The Employee Solutions team is one of the initiatives on this plan. The team was created this year, centralizing multiple processes and services that used to be managed by the Business Partners directly. The team has two broad remits: 1) Continuously remove operational work from the Business Partners group with the intention of streamline the work, automate, outsource, and offshore where adequate. 2) Absorb and manage advisory activities to managers and employees across the region, giving direct advice on several day-to-day HR issues such as: training, employee relations, benefits, etc. The team is expanding its services and starting a new unit in Glasgow that should growth in the next coming months. The PositionThe Glasgow Employee Solutions Offer Letter Coordinator will be responsible to manage the creation of Offer Letters for new hires in the UK. The work consists on managing all the requests for offer letters, identify the correct templates, prepare the letters,obtain the necessary checks and approvals, submit the letter and attachments to the candidate and ensure they are signed, saved appropriately and that the onboarding process is initiated. The Offer Letter Coordinator will be interacting regularly with recruiters, business partners, candidates and the onboarding team. Qualifications & Profile:* At least 2 years of experience dealing with HR processes, preferably offer letters. * Experience in dealing with background screening escalations or disciplinary processes are highly desirable. * Hands on approach - able to step in if required solving an issue. * Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels within the organization and with 3rd party service providers. * Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills. * Knowledge of Taleo highly desirable. * Customer service focused with a sense of urgency. * High degree of initiative with a quality focus and strong attention to detail with minimal day-to-day supervision. * The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment is necessary for success.
