Our client, a leading and award winning employee benefits organisation specialising within the SME and corporate healthcare / Group Risk market who are part of a national general insurance brokerage, currently requires an Employee Benefits Consultant tojoin their growing healthcare and risk team.Candidates will be responsible for farming, developing and convert new business in the Healthcare, Protection and Group Risk arena. All leads are warm and driven by building up trust with colleagues and existing clients. You will be responsible for the dayto day servicing, renewal and growth of nominated clients with protection policies. This will include meetings with clients and insurers as appropriate. You will produce high quality benefit review reports providing clear advice and recommendations for clientsand ensure the very best client experience at all times.Candidates need to come from an employee benefits or insurance background, and have specific experience within the healthcare, group risk or protection market. A strong sales track record and ability to manage and develop relationships at all levels is key.Professional qualifications are preferred but not essential.In return candidates can expect to receive a competitive basic salary as well as an excellent benefits and bonus package.
