Electrical Design Engineer - GlasgowRef: DB1410Competitive Salary Plus Benefits Our client is looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join their well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy. The electrical team specialise in building services and work across sectors such as Residential, Industrial, Healthcare, andmany more.To be considered for this Electrical Design Engineer role you will have:

  • Degree in building services engineering/electrical engineering
  • Extensive experience as an electrical design engineer
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, IES or Hevacomp
  • Brilliant time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of building regulations
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Working as an Electrical Design Engineer you will:
  • Complete drawings, reports, and specifications
  • Provide design and technical advice on projects for internal and external clients
  • Undertake surveys and detailed calculations
  • Comply with the firms Policies, Procedures and Quality Management Systems
  • Manage suppliers and monitor contractors
