SUPERNUMERARY PRACTITIONER CLINICAL TECHNOLOGIST – BAND 5(Annex 21 – 70%)FIXED TERM CONTRACT – 2 YEARS3 PostsLocation GlasgowThis is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic radiographer or physics graduate to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering clinical nuclear medicine services to NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.Applications are invited from candidates with an honours degree in Radiography or Physics/ Science/Technology. Candidates with an HNC/HND together with a profile of relevant knowledge and training equivalent to honours degree level would also be considered.Post-holders will be based in one of three departments:Post 1 Glasgow Royal InfirmaryPost 2 Nuclear Cardiology (Glasgow Royal Infirmary)Post 3 The Queen Elizabeth University HospitalRegistration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or the Register for Clinical Technologists (RCT) would be desirable.
