As a Barclays eDiscovery Manager you will liaise with internal stakeholders, in-house counsel, external counsel and technology providers to identify, preserve, collect, search, review, analyze and use data in connection with litigation, investigation andinternal matters globally. You will help design technical workflows and provide technical support to the review and production processes. The eDiscovery Manager will also work on strategic initiatives to support the eDiscovery Leadership team. What will you be doing Advising on the proportionate scope of data collection in Litigation matters while ensuring scoping decisions are documented Liaising between internal Litigation/Stakeholders and technology resources with respect to discovery/disclosure requests Liaising with outside counsel/internal stakeholders and eDiscovery vendors throughout lifecycle of a matter to oversee substantive activities and manage costs Providing technical advice and project management assistance to internal and external counsel and managing projects through to completion. Providing technical expertise of eDiscovery software in Bank-wide and Litigation matters, including creation of matter workflow and setting up databases What were looking for: Bachelors degree (no specific area) Two - three years of experience in the eDiscovery field, ideally. Two - three years of experience and working knowledge of the market for eDiscovery services, best practices for management of discovery projects, ideally. Skills that will help you in the role: Some experience in a law firm or in-house setting Self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience of implementing technology assisted reviews Experience applying project management principles to eDiscovery matters Where will you be workingThis role is hybrid working and will based at home and our Glasgow Campus.
