Job Description

Would you enjoy a customer facing Project Manager role delivering digital projects for a global client base Can you bring proven experience of customer facing project delivery on Industrial Internet of Things projects Then you may want to find out more about this role.Be-ITis working with growing digital team at a global business who provide clients with industrial products that help improve their everyday processes. As a Project Manager in this team you will deliver customer digital solution projects on global basis which will involve significant travel.The role will involve;

  • Providing end-to-end project management for customer projects, ensuring tight controls are maintained through all aspects of the project lifecycle. This will also include the generation of project documentation such as a requirements definition, functional and technical specifications, risk logs, project implementation and definition documents, progress reports, etc.
  • Create detailed project plans and monitor progress on customer projects
  • Lead internal team in the delivery of the customer projects to the point of handover
  • Support and assist in the delivery of change management plans to assist in stakeholder engagement and the successful deployment of projects
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks, highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Ensure effective global project collaboration and enable program governance and analytical project reporting standards
    • Your experience will include;
  • Experience of successfully delivering Digital & IT projects, particularly IOT projects
  • Highly competent in MS Project
  • Knowledge of general business processes in a global company
  • Knowledge of Prince 2 Project Management methodology but also some experience of Agile and Scrum
  • Knowledge of a wide range of IT technologies such as Azure, active directory, networking, mobile communications, Unified Communications and voice/video services.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office product suite including Visio and Visual Basic
  • Ability to influence across a matrix organisation
  • Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills
  • Meeting and workshop facilitation skills
  • Working knowledge of change control and document management processes
