They respond more quickly to customers requests because theydeal direct with their partners, and do as much as possible in-house.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to kick start their career in admin to join an experienced and knowledgeable workplace where full training will be provided.Monday - Friday 09 - 17:30 initiallyWhat will I be doingThis person will be required to do the following duties:Uploading data onto CRM is ConnectwiseData cleansingSpeak to existing customersWide use of Microsoft Office package to complete daily tasksLiaise with management & engineersAnswer & take messages from inbound calls efficiently and input data onto systemProblem solveDevelop a good knowledge and understanding of It systemsBe willing to undertake training in order to further expand knowledgeFull training will be provided for all of thisWhat kind of progression is there after the apprenticeshipThere is an opportunity after completion of the apprenticeship to progress into different avenues of admin with account management being an option.
