Why Khokhar McAdamKhokhar McAdam Chartered Accountants are a long-established independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in Glasgow.The firm provides a full range of accountancy, audit, tax and payroll services to small and medium sized businesses and takes pride in delivering these services to our clients in a highly professional, efficient and personal way.They are looking for a Digital Administration Apprentice to join their team full time in Glasgow.

  • Salary - £14,000 - £15,000 per annum
  • Working hours - Monday - Thursday 9am-5:30pm Friday 9am-4:30pm
Interested Apply Today!Whats InvolvedIn this role you will work towards SCQF6 in Digital Applications Support. Working closely with our accountants, you will be primarily responsible for assisting with the organisation and administration of our accountancy clients’ files and records. You willalso deal with the mail and telephone and reception enquiries:Key Duties/Tasks
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office
  • Using Taxcalc accountancy software to record details on clients and files
  • Using Webex to communicate with other staff members daily
  • Deal with any email enquiries, opening the post.
  • Answer telephone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors.
  • Carry out administration duties such as filing, scanning etc
  • Using Excel Spreadsheets to manage data
  • Support the team by performing tasks relating to organisation and communication.
  • Support and manage customer enquiries from start to finish
