Job Description

DevOps Engineer FPSG are recruiting for a DevOps Engineer to join a large UK organisation. This will be a remote permanent contract and we welcome all levels off experience to apply from junior to senior.Please note: Due to the nature of the business and current projects, you must be eligible for SC Clearance. As part of the vetting process will be required to either have, or be able to obtain SC Clearance on offer of position and hold fullrights to work in the UK.You will be tasked with various projects and working on different modules inline with the companies strategic direction.This will include being an advisor to customers and ensuring are designs and implementations are to the satisfaction of their needs.Skills Required:

  • Exposure to AWS / Azure cloud platforms.
  • Preferred configuration management tool is Ansible.
  • Use of languages such a Python, bash scripting and React.
  • AWS Cloud Architecture deployment and configuration.
  • NGINX / Apache / JBoss Web App experiences.
  • Implementation of automated test solutions using Robot / Selenium etc
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker containers.
  • Working knowledge of IAAC and CI/CD pipelines.
  • An understanding of how to deploy and configure AWS components to adhere to tight security requirements
  • Security identity & access access management authentication.
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work using own initiative.
