-DevOps Engineer (AWS / Azure)-Glasgow with remote-Permanent-Salary £65,000-£75,000 + BenefitsSeasoned DevOps Engineer required for a Glasgow-based Tech client, to join the existing team as they continue their transformation journey. You will exhibit in-depth knowledge of DevOps working models and be an advocate for the adoption of DevOps methodologiesand best practice and will show true leadership to implement core infrastructure technologies across products and services. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure as part of the development team and will support client facingand internal tech hardware.The successful candidate will have worked extensively in a commercial setting with Amazon Web Services (AWS) including launching servers, Lambda functions or Docker containers and will be able to problem solve across infrastructure. Service, uptime and resilienceand availability will be of the utmost importance to you also.You will also offer coaching / mentoring to less experienced team members and introduce DevOps tooling / technologies as well as implementing process through to delivery. The successful candidate will also have worked on building the CI/CD pipeline in anAgile environment. The role also involves the provision of operational support to other infrastructure as well as building relationships with colleagues across the wider business to ensure the long term value for the organisation.
