GTS has an exciting IT Contract for a Deployment Engineer in Glasgow. 2 month contract but this may be extended.This is a site-based contract role and is inside IR35. As a result, this role is suited to umbrella contractors only.40hr week Mon - Thu 08:00 - 17:00, and Fri 08:00 - 12:00Overview of tasks:Providing support for installing and configuring IT assetsSupporting and setting up of IT assets including POS, Thin clients, desktops, laptops, printers, Label printers, Scanners, and IT peripheralsCo-ordinate with Service Desk, Operations Managers and Tower Leads for issue resolution and service requestsMaintain and report hardware asset stockKey Skills and Experience needed: Experience in supporting mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, etc.) and MDMKnowledge of Networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, and LinksWorking experience in Microsoft technologies Windows 7 & 10 and O365, MS TeamsExperience in supporting performance and client-related issues resolutionsGood understanding of Asset managementIf you have any questions about this Deployment Engineer desktop role, please contact GTS on ."In applying for this position, you consent to your personal data being shared with the specified employer and for your details to remain with GTS for as long as is necessary to process your application.
