Job Description

Delivery Manager (Agile, Digital, Design & Creative) Start: ASAPLength: 3 Months minimum with extension potential to 12 monthsLocation: Remote Until Further Notice, may be required to travel into office in Glasgow at later stagePay: £400-£450PD NegotiableMy client in Glasgow is looking for a Delivery Manager (Agile, Digital, Design & Creative) to join them on a minimum 3 month, with potential to extend to a 12 month project.As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a range of client and internal projects, supporting project leads to deliver on time, on budget and to high standards. You will also be responsible for producing progress reports and identifying how the business can continue to learn.Skill Set:

  • Experience of a range of project management and delivery tools (e.g. Trello, Jira, etc.) and remote working tools (Slack, Google Hangouts, Zoom, etc.).
  • A track record of planning, managing and delivering digital projects in an agile environment
  • Experience ensuring that projects keep within time and budget.
  • Varied experience designing and delivering change, both in delivering new services and building technology that supports those services.
  • Coaching others in new ways of working and approaching agile delivery.
  • Experience of identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Experience of running sprint planning meetings and project retrospectives.
