Role: Data Analyst (HR)Contract Length: 3 monthsLocation: Glasgow Hourly rate: £20 Ltd/ Umbrella Security clearance: BPSSThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst with HR systems experience to join a leading Defence organisation.Key Responsibilities:As the HR Data Analyst you will be responsible for working with a wide range of stakeholders to scope and perform advanced HR analytics relating to People Management and any other key HR indicators of interest to the business. You will be accountable for analysing and evaluating data and reports; feeding back the findings to relevant stakeholders; and advising on changes and improvements.
