The Customer Excellence team is at the very start of an extremely exciting journey, which makes this role a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious and reallywants to make an impact and demonstrate their skills in this field.Our Data Analyst must have proven experience of influencing a range of stakeholders, of working within change and transformation projects and of working autonomously. This role will suit a Data Analyst comfortable working in an environment where prioritiesand departmental strategy are being developed, and therefore an agile approach to the role is critical.To succeed in this role, it is essential that the post holder has fantastic communication, influencing and relationship building skills, alongside experience in the field of CX. Your role will involve providing keen insights into business performance, identifyingtrends, offering project support and recommending improvements.Our core values:

WHO YOU ARE
  • You understand how customer insight is gathered, analysed and transported into organisations for use.

  • You are experienced in the development and implementation of Customer experience strategies whilst working with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and end-user customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs Data Analyst, you will be accountable for supporting the Customer Excellence strategy as such, we see the key responsibilities of the role as being:
  • Interrogate business data to produce best-in-class reporting, surfaced predominantly through Power BI, and maintain the integrity of Power BI dashboards.
  • Using Power BI to craft visually engaging dashboards and tailor-made reports to illuminate decision-making and provide invaluable business insights.
  • Project work to enhance and evolve the reporting environment as and when required.
  • Identifying opportunities to build efficiencies, integrations and automations then developing them through to realization.
  • Aid the interpretation of business data and information to drive continuous improvements across all areas of the business.
  • Support the mapping and scrutiny of business processes to drive lean efficiencies which minimise cost and maximise effectiveness.
  • Understanding the importance of KPIs and statistics.
  • Implement alternative data analytical techniques as required.
  • Develop Power BI technical skills and general business improvement skills, taking advantage of ongoing training opportunities.
  • Apply the principles of Six Sigma. Kaizen and other lean process engineering techniques.
EXPERIENCE
  • Data Analyst experience - 2 years minimum.
  • An excellent level of computer literacy.
  • Strong Power BI/Excel skills required, PowerPoint desired, to produce and communicate insightful analysis.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels within an organisation.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and proactively with others.
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
