FJA are currently partnering with a leading utility company who are looking to recruit an experienced Data Analyst to join their Data Team. The role will be based out of their offices in the Bellshill area.Working alongside Senior Management, you will be responsible for providing analytical support for the Contract on a day-to-day basis.You will need to have a good understanding of Data and be an excellent user of Microsoft Excel. Full industry training will be provided.Reporting to the Data Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities as a Data Analyst will include;* Responsible for putting together and maintaining a suite of reports which help support the delivery of the field team* Regional and contract performance reporting including utilisation reporting, monthly performance data for the client, H & S reporting etc* To record and maintain key data into the central systems & spreadsheets* Maintain vehicle and driver data on the system to ensure that the appropriate driver is assigned to the right vehicle* Ad-hoc reporting when and as required* Role will include an element of client interactionSkills* Previous experience in a similar Data Analyst position* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query - manipulating data with use of formulas, generation and formatting of graphs and other data visualisations* Knowledge of Power BI beneficial* Knowledge of Sharepoint beneficial* Water Industry knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Organisation and time management skills - ability to manage your own workload* Confidence in your ability to anticipate what is needed* Flexibility and ability to use initiativeThis is a temporary role which may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.If you are looking for a fantastic Data Analyst opportunity and want to work for a forward-thinking Company then apply now with your current updated CV.Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are not always able to reply to all applications.
