Your new roleThe primary responsibility of the role will be to investigate, manage and remediate cyber security incidents. The role is also expected to contribute to a cyber security improvement project looking to mature incident response processes in the organisation as well as our alignment to CiS cyber security controls.What youll need to succeed• Must have experience as a SoC/Cyber Analyst investigating and remediating cyber security incidents.• Hands on experience with SIEM technologies preferably IBM Qradar and Splunk to search for relevant events and gather information during investigations.• Experience on working with playbooks pertaining to cyber incident investigation(s) and remediation.• Digital forensics experience.• Experience on analysing and interpreting Microsoft Windows events and network connections and flows.• Experience working with Office 365 Security Centre and Investigations.• Experience triaging and remediating vulnerabilities and supporting activities around vulnerabilitymanagement.• Working knowledge of cyber security frameworks for example PCI, NIST or CiS controls.What youll get in return6 month initial contract, competitive day rate.
