Are you a customer-facing, Spanish speaking professional, who is perhaps working in sales or account management, who is looking for to transition into Customer SuccessDo you want to work with a tech-for-good company that is tackling carbon emissions whilst providing an excellent platform for career progressionIf so, Be-IT are working exclusively with an ambitious SaaS start-up who have plans to double in size in 2023 due to high product demand.Currently based in Hamilton, they will be moving to their new offices in the Glasgow area in the summer and are looking to make a number of key hires before then.Due to an increasing customer base across Europe, they are looking to recruit a Customer Success Executive who is fluent in Spanish (Other bilingual candidates will be considered).Working with the CSM and Chief Product Officer, you will be supporting the sales customer lifecycle, from onboarding new customers, to building relationships with your accounts and taking the time to truly understand their business objectives.You will become an expert on this clients product, and be a trusted advisor to your customers, which will allow you to minimise their time-to-value.Communication is key for this role, and ideally, you will have at least 2+ years of experience in a SaaS role and be comfortable working across different departments.In return, you can expect a salary of up to £45,000 and flexible hybrid working in their new offices.If this sounds like your next position, please apply today or contact Lewis Brown ( ) if you have any questions.
