Providing industry-leading services spanning across loss adjusting,surveying, subsidence, environmental, cyber risk, legal and more.The RoleCustomer Service Advisor:Our Property team are at the heart of our business: Managing property claims ranging from minor damage to major to catastrophic events. As a Customer Service Advisor, youll be a part of our dedicated out of hours teamhandling and investigating any customerservice complaints and escalations.Covering35 hours over 7 days out of hour shifts, ideal for those who are looking for non-standard working hours.What You Will Be DoingCustomer Service Advisor:As a Customer Service Advisor, youllbe a key team member of our property teamin Glasgow.
  • You will be proactively managing a caseload of complaints
  • Ensuring you record all specific details
  • Diarise any further actions required
  • Comply with Crawford & Company complaints protocol
  • Ensure own productivity within the team is maximised
  • Increase telephone contact to ensure early progression/resolution of complaints
  • Develop trust, respect, and relationships with customers
  • Adhere to all FCA Guidelines
  • Work closely with the customer service manager to ensure development needs highlighted specific to audit score/complaint cause and subsequent reduction
  • Contribute to the development of the Customer service team
  • Promote the company ethics and values
  • Demonstrate knowledge and/or awareness of FCA procedures and the TCF initiative
  • Set clear strategies for resolution, understanding the nature of the complaint
About YouCustomer Service Advisor:Were looking for someone that supports, understands and champions first class customer service and who are keen to develop client servicing skills.We would like you to have/be:
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Having clear communication and a logical pragmatic approach will be key
  • Good IT skills, particularly with excel, with a keen eye for detail
  • Have a calm methodical approach in outing things back on track and ensuring first class customer satisfaction with our services
  • To understand what matters to the customer and to put this firstputting yourself in their shoes
  • Excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills
