Established in 2002, IQA now employs over 250 people across our four sites - Glasgow, North Wales, Newcastle and Liverpool.Our parent company Elecnor, have 60 years of continuous growth and a presence in more than 50 countries, Elecnor has become one of the most outstanding Spanish business groups and a benchmark in the infrastructure, renewable energy and technology sectorsThis is an exciting time to join IQA, at a period of growth and diversification.To support this grown we are looking to recruit a Customer service / Wayleave administrator to join an established team within our Overhead Lines Department.About the Role:Working as part of the operational team responsible for Overhead Line repairs in Scotland, you will be responsible for all aspects of gaining customers details, manage all activities and functions needed to administer the customer data and outage process.Full UK driving license required and role will include daily travel over Glasgow North and Lanarkshire.Key Responsibilities:• Download customers information from laptop and transfer it to tablet• Visit customers houses and interact face to face with them, explain that a power interruption will occur, compare information from data base on tablet and update if there are changes• Gain details of any requirements the customer may have during the outage• Process ownership to maintain the customer service information on date on laptop• Process ownership to submit outages information with laptop• Working closely with the planning team, ensuring all customers are identified and visited• Creating relationships with customers to improve the house accessing.Experience & Abilities:• Experience in a similar customer service / sales / face to face focused role• Experience in house to house sales will be considered positively• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability of communicate at all levels• Working in a customer/supplier facing environment.• Background in document management• The ability to take and execute clear instruction• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to change that will drive improvement.• Ability to update business reports based on metrics on process stages.• Good PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Full UK Driving LicenseBenefits:• excellent salary• 22 days annual holiday, plus 8 statsIf you have the skills and experience we require for this role, please click on the APPLY button and forward an up to date CV and cover letter.Due to the volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to all applicants.
