Customer Service AdvisorStart Date - 21/12/2020 Pay Rate - £9.50phA great opportunity has arisen for hard-working, customer focused call centre advisors looking for a fresh approach to inbound customer services. Looking for candidates who are willing to go above and beyond for supporting customers over the phone.Hours available: 37.5 hours per week perm contracts available. Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm, occasional Saturdays 8-2pm, with time off during the week to compensate for any weekend work. The position is based within Glasgow city centre and temporary to permanent with 7 weeks training which is Monday - Friday 8.30am -5.30pm. You will also have time off over Christmas and New Year. Candidates must be available to complete this training in full and the position offers a long term permanent opportunity. Applicants must be able to commit to working on site full-time in the long term.Job OverviewAs a member of the team, you will play a big part in providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for taking ownership and resolving customer queries on their electricity end ensuring you retain their business and gully support the customer providing an excellent level of service.Must HaveCandidate must be able to pass the follow: Disclosure Scotland, Credit Check and Satisfactory Referencing.
