As a Barclays Customer Service Advisor,you’ll be an essential contact for our customers, providing expert advice onthe products and services that will support them through some of the mostimportant moments of their lives. You’ll be encouraged to grow in your role andwork in new innovative ways. This is an exciting opportunity for you where youcan expect the training, development and digital skills you need to deliver theexcellence our customers expect.You will work 35 hours within the week,between 7am and 11pm Monday – Sunday on a rotational basis, the salary for theposition is £21,750. These positions are due to start in March 2021This is a hybrid role, meaning you will be expected to work a mixture of athome and in the office during your employment. At the beginning of yourassignment, you will need to be on-site to collect and setup your IT/equipment.This should be dealt with in a day or two, but may take longer.
