Job Description

Customer Service Advisor - Glasgow37.5 Hours Per Week - Full Time - Permanent Salary: £21,500 p/aShifts: 8am - 6pm / Mon - Fri (On site for 2 wks training, Hybrid afterwards - 5 office days over 2 weeks)What Youll Be Doing:

  • Working on behalf of some of the largest globally recognised names in the banking industry;
  • Delivering excellent customer service to our valued customers, taking initiative and ownership of what you do;
  • Supporting and resolving customer enquiries and complaints across a range of our products, often with vulnerable customers based on their needs;
  • Continually developing and enhancing your personal skills and knowledge to improve support and make a significant difference to our customers experience.
What Youll Have:
  • Good IT and communications skills
  • Great communication skills and comfortable talking on the phone
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office/call centre environment is desirable but not essential
