Job Description

GlasgowMidday Shift PatternCustomer Service Advisors Pertemps are working in partnership with one of the largest bank in the UK to recruit for Customer Service Representatives with different start dates over the next few months, if you are a customer focused individual and has a passion for helping others, wedlove to speak with you. This is a temporary role for initially 6 months with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.Location: Glasgow (office based)2 Atlantic Quay, 45 Robertson Street, Glasgow, G2 8JFPay Rate : £10.58 per hourHours per Week: 35 hours per weekWorking Hours : MondaySunday (5 days per week)Shift start time between 11am to 1pmShift end time between 7pm to 9pm8 weeks notice of confirmed shift patternDuration : 6 month ongoing temporary to permanent opportunityStart date : 28/02/2022

  • Time and a half for OT after training completed.
  • You must be able to PASS a CREDIT CHECK and DISCLOSURE check if successful

Key Responsibilities:Business area - Retail Community Banking- Telephony role - Responsible for delivering exceptional service over the phone dealing with customers at first point of contact.- Take ownership of customer problems solving them at first point of contact and escalate when required.- Administration work - Sending emails, Processing work, updating in-house systems and aftercare work.- Working in a team environment in an open plan office.Experience Required:- Experience working in a Customer Service environment either over the phone or face to face- Excellent Communication skills - Written and Oral - Ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels- Customer focused and a proven track record in delivering excellent customer serviceIf you are successful must be able to pass vetting checks which include a CREDIT CHECK and DISCLOSURE SCOTLAND check.
