Customer Service Advisor£19760 Full Time Glasgow City CentreDo you have good customer service skillsAre you a great communicatorOur client in the City Centre are looking to recruit for the expanding operation. We are looking to speak to people who have customer service skills, gained from retail, hospitality, admin or another contact centre role.You will be first point of contact for customers calling in to discuss insurance products and will provide them with a warm and friendly service. Resolving any queries they may have and suggesting suitable products that meet their needs.You will be given 4 weeks training working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.50pm and then move to shifts. Operational hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 9am - 2pm.To find out more please apply online for immediate interview
