Job Description

My client are a leading fashion retailer, with an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their business.Client DetailsMy client are a leading fashion retailer, with big plans for growth looking for a Customer Service AdvisorDescription

  • Providing assistance to customers via telephone, email or web chat promptly to enhance the customer service experience.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and working to resolve as first point of contact.
  • Managing and responding to customer reviews on all of our review platforms.
  • Liaising with our distribution centre and store picking locations to ensure web orders are despatched in a timely manner.
  • Raising investigations with our courier should there be any issues with delivery of customer orders.
  • Reporting website issues/customer escalations to Team Leader.
  • Contribute ideas to improve overall department performance.
Profile
  • Must have proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Excellent communication, team working and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast paced environment
  • Advantageous to have a passion for the fashion industry
  • Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn new skills.
