Are you a hard-working, dynamic individual looking for an exciting new opportunityMy client are recruiting for Contact Centre Advisors for our Glasgow contact centre based in the heart of the City Centre.My client provides debt recovery, citation and diligence and professional investigation services to a wide range of businesses, financial services institutions, utility companies, professional service firms, public sector bodies and government agencies throughoutScotland and the UK.Due to an increased demand in my clients contact centre operation, they are hiring Contact Centre Advisors. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be a company ambassador and act as first point of contact for members of the public. You will be joining a friendlyteam with full support from peers and management to succeed in your new role.THE ROLEYou will be managing customer calls via inbound and outbound telephony campaigns as well as two-way SMS chat interactions via an online portal to ensure the best outcomes. You will establish details of our customers financial circumstances and negotiate sustainableand affordable payment plans.
