I have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to support my client in a temporary contract until January 2024, however due to the success and growth of the business over the last year there could be a longer term opportunity forthe right candidate so ideally you will be available for long term work. My clients business is in the retail industry so if this is something you have an interest in then this would be a great opportunity for you as you will get an insight of what goes on behind the scenes!Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30 5.30pm and the hourly rate of pay is £10.42phThis role will be to support the Customer Service team and you will be responsible for responding to customers emails, processing refunds, updating trackers with order progress and any email enquiries in relation to their deliveries, orders, complaints.You must have experience of working in a fast paced environment and be able to respond to customers queries in a professional manner, therefore Customer Service experience is a must. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone that is looking to progressinto a more admin based role that is coming from a more customer service background. You must be able to start work immediately.
