Job Description

Customer Sales AdministratorLocation - EastkilbrideSalary - £25k - £27k plus £50 every lead convertedMy client are a rapidly growing automatic and industrial door company based in East Kilbride who are looking for a bubbly and driven individual to join their team. This position has arisen following the continued growth and success of the business and willplay a key role in taking the business forward in 2023 and beyond.Working alongside client coordinators and senior management, you will be responsible for following up client enquires, tracking client response and converting prospect accounts into valued clients.Duties:* Respond to customer enquiries through outbound calls* Respond to all e-mails in an efficient & timely manner* Adding new clients on to the in house CRM system* Manage company webchat by providing specific updates as appropriate* General ad hoc office administration * Supporting & liaising with other departments as requiredSkills required: * Competent on all Microsoft packages including MS Word and Excel* Excellent communication skills* Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team* Self-motivated and reliable* Good attention to detailPackage* Pension scheme.* Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (office based)* 3pm finish on a Friday* On-site parking* Wellbeing Program* Team Events* Bonus scheme - £50 for every lead convertedIf this role interests you above then apply ASAP!Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
