We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for our client SP Energy Networks on a contract basis based in Glasgow City Centre.This will be initially for 6 months and a hybrid role.Job Purpose StatementWork as part of a small team to gather up to date contact information from customers and ensure this information is correctly updated against their record in our IT system. You will be expected to be comfortable processing large quantities of data and be adaptable to agile working practices and processes. To provide an efficient and effective support service for other Customer Service processes where necessary. Accountability Statements•Handling information from customers who wish to update their personal details. This can include names, contact details and information on vulnerabilities. •Adapting to the different channels this information could come through, e.g. email, telephone, webforms, etc. •You will fully adhere to GDPR policies in place at all times. •Understanding key metrics of the business and working effectively to ensure performance is met at all times. •To provide administration support across Customer Service as required/directed by Team Leader. Skills, Knowledge & Experience•Developed customer service skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •IT literate, with experience in Microsoft products (Excel, Work & Outlook).
