Job Description

The Role - B2B Sales/Customer Service AdministratorLocation - Glasgow/Home basedStarting salary - £18,700K (rising to £20k with regular increments) Hours - 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday) We are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales/Customer Service Administratorto join our rapidly growing client specialising in B2B retail sales.The initial training for this role will be office based however the role will be based remotely and you will enjoy the benefits of no rush hour commute and have the flexibility to work from home. Hours of work are 8.30 to 17.00 or 9.00 to 17.30 with one hourlunch.Salary - starting £18,700K with salary increase of £325 every three months until £20K.You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a real interest in interacting with customers. Your communication skills need to be well developed and if you have a desire to succeed - then this is the perfect role for you!What the role involves:* Manage existing and new relationships with customers* E-mail management - dealing with incoming enquiries via centralised mailbox* Issuing quotations* Liaising with clients regarding lead times* Tracking sales leads/enquiries and keeping on top of any required follow up* Answering Inbound calls from customers to track orders/ arrange parts/returns* Liaising with suppliers and ensuring orders will be processed within agreed timescalesSkills:* Confident and professional telephone manner* Comfortable in a sales environment* Customer focused attitude* Genuine drive and a desire to get results for clients* Have 12+ months continuous Sales/CS experience preferably in an Administrative role.* Excellent MS Office skills - including Excel.The role will ideally suit someone who is comfortable speaking with customers/suppliers and can work in a self-motivating capacity.If you are interested in this role please contact us to discuss your experience and to find out more about our client.Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
