Job Description

Our client are a world renowned and revered drinks business, hoping to recruit an experienced Customer Relationship Coordinator to join their already excellent staff.The successful candidate will receive a very competitive salary, on top of several fantastic benefits.Main responsibilities the of role:

  • Offering best-in-class service to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Quick and efficient order processing.
  • Collecting and relaying relevant market data and trends.
  • Taking complete ownership of all shipments and processing to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately preparing documents in line with with HMRC regulations.
Candidate essentials:
  • Detailed knowledge of Supply Chain from previous manufacturing role or similar experience.
  • Comfortable in using Microsoft Excel and Word proficiently.
Candidate desirables:
  • IFS/SAP/MRP systems experience.
  • A knowledge of HMRC and legislative requirements.
  • Understanding of industry distribution procedures and documentation requirements.
  • University educated or proven track record in a similar role.
