Job Description

Fully Remote- Customer Complaints AdministratorDo you love to investigate informationDo you enjoy working from homeDo you involve resolving disputesIf this sound likes you then we would love to hear from you!What the roles involves-We are working on behalf of a global client who are looking to hire a team of people to work from home and able to review compliant case files, you would be required to produce an accurate investigation report which summaries the overall complaint storybetween parties. Produce a non biased assessment, in the format requested by the client and produce high quality casework, reaching decisions that are backed up by clear rationale.What you would bring to the role-You should have excellent comprehension, and written English skills, you will love to investigate information, enjoy working as a part of a team, be organized and disciplined enough to manage your own time and enjoy using your fantastic comprehension andwriting skills, writing clear and easy to understand case outcomes for complaintsMost importantly whats in it for you Full time working from home role and fully admin based responding to enquiries via email and reports, competitive salary, full equipment supplied.Competitive salary of £20, 861 per annum including a bonus scheme paying up to £150 per month.Mon-Fri shifts ONLY between the hours of 8am-5pmYoull be part of a diverse, engaging and fun workforce, where your successes will be celebrated and youll have support when things dont go to plan!Successful candidates will have to pass a full DBS, credit, CIFAS and reference checksSearch is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
