Job Description

Annual salary: up to £20,000.00 Mears Housing Management is a successful business within Mears Group PLC, having grown in 5 years to a nationally based management business with 12,000 homes and contracts with 50 Local Authorities and Central Government. We are proud of the services we provide and with ambitious plans to continue this rapid growth, we are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in Tannochside. This is a great opportunity within our Housing Management business, following the success of the Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract win.As Customer Care Coordinator, you will provide support and high levels of customer service activities for our service users. This role will ensure all customers accessing our hub receive a warm, friendly and consistent service to support all aspects of their needs during the time they are supported in initial accommodation. Duties include -

  • Meet and greet service users coming into the building and supporting and delivering key duties which form part of the initial accommodation process for our service users
  • Deal with any queries and escalating any issues to management or welfare teams regarding the safeguarding or wellbeing of the service user
  • Weekly cash ordering and dispersal, photocopying and scanning work documents and energy top ups
  • Work with local community and third sector organisations to deliver support and services for the service user
  • Provide additional support to administration or the wider team if required
