Job Description

FINTEC recruit is excited to share this opportunity of Customer Care Advisor for our environmental/waste management client. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working arrangements requiring occasional visits to our clients Glasgowoffice. Salary is negotiable depending on experience, plus many benefitsResponsibilities of the Customer Care Advisor:

  • Providing technical support for customers
  • Problem solving and building customer relationships
  • Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish.
  • Clearly and politely responding and address customer queries (via e-mail, tel or chat).
  • Analysing the issues and identify the right internal contact.
Essential skills and experience required for the Customer Care Advisor role:
  • Experience within a Customer Service environment, ideally within an IT industry.
  • Experience with Zendesk.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and complaint handling of issues.
