We own over 3000 rented properties and provide a factoring service to over 700 units. We offer a rewarding work environment and as a valued employee you will have theopportunity to make a real difference to both our local community and to peoples lives.The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a temporary Customer Advisers for a period of up to 12 months, to join our fast paced and exciting Customer Contact team. With customer focus at the heart of everything that you do, you will have experience of working in ademanding and pressured environment, preferably in a social housing role, responding to a range of telephone and face to face enquiries, with the aim of resolving these at first point of contact.This role requires experience of working in a performance driven environment and demands a drive to continuously improve customer services. You should be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and be able to plan and manage your own workloadeffectively. Excellent IT skills, in particular, the use of MS Office packages is really important. Experience of using housing management software would be advantageous.On OfferThis role has a salary banding of £25,044 - £27,832 (EVH grade 5) (pro-rata).
