  • Manage a portfolio of high-spending, long-term clients,
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure high levels of service,
  • Upsell appropriate products and services to suit their requirements,
  • Ensure retention of client accounts at renewal time.
  • Win new accounts via direct sales, bids and tenders.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in managing complex client accounts, ideally from a recruitment agency, RPO, or recruitment advertising background. You should have strong sales and client servicing skills, and be confident in deliveringsolutions to senior-level decision makers.As a Customer Account Manager, you can expect a competitive base salary, OTE to £60,000 and benefits including:
